Bushra Amiwala

Bushra has lived in Skokie since the age of 9 and is an alum of D73.5 schools. She attended Niles North High School, is a graduate from DePaul University, and is a current candidate at Kellogg, Northwestern University's School of Management. At the age of 21, Bushra became the first Gen Z Elected Official in the Country and was the youngest Muslim elected official in the country at the time. She currently is a Solutions Consultant at Google. Her favorite parts about Skokie are the rich diversity, the Festival of Cultures, her friends and family, and all of the fabulous nail salon choices!
