When you registered your child for school in District 73.5, you indicated on the Home Language Survey that a language other than English was spoken at home. Your child was screened with the Measure of Developing English Language (MODEL) assessment screener.
Your child’s Oral Language Proficiency Level was based on a score for Listening and Speaking. Your child’s Oral Language Proficiency Score is: _______________ .
Your child’s performance on this assessment indicates he does not qualify for English language support in kindergarten.
