Notice of Skokie School District 73.5 Board of Education Vacancy
There is currently an open seat on the Skokie School District 73.5 Board of Education due to the resignation of Board Member Scott Bramley. The candidate chosen and appointed by the Members of the Board of Education will fill the vacancy until the end of Mr. Bramley’s term in April 2021.
To be eligible, a candidate must be a U.S. citizen 18 years or older, a registered voter, and must have been a resident of School District 73.5 for at least one year. Prospective applicants can pick up an application packet in the Skokie School District 73.5 District Office, 8000 East Prairie Road, Skokie, IL, during regular business hours.
Completed applications with supporting materials (a résumé that lists educational and professional history and evidence to support the qualifications to serve as a Board Member) should be directed to the attention of the Skokie School District 73.5 Secretary to the Board of Education, Laurie Taylor, 8000 East Prairie Road, Skokie, IL 60076.
Applicants have until Tuesday, July 28, 2020, at 12:00 noon, to submit their completed applications to the Skokie School District 73.5 District Office.
