Please complete this survey by the end of the day, Friday, February 12, 2021. If a survey is not completed by the due date, the student(s) will be placed in the full remote learning model for the remainder of the school year.
As a reminder, each school is holding a virtual Return to School Information Night to summarize essential information about our plan. The recording and live event can be found on each school’s website.
- Middleton Elementary School: Monday, February 8th, from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- Meyer School: Wednesday, February 10th, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- McCracken Middle School: Wednesday, February 10th, from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
