Save the Dates: COVID Vaccines for Students

► NOTE TIME CORRECTIONS

Skokie School District 73.5 will soon offer the COVID vaccine for students ages 5 and older.

More information and registration details are coming soon. In the meantime, mark your calendars and save the dates!

WHEN: Two schedule options will be available. Each allows for Dose 2 to be given 3 weeks after Dose 1.

SCHEDULE OPTION A		Tuesday, December 14, 2021 3:00 to 8:00 p.m.	Tuesday, January 4, 2022 ► 3:00 to 8:00 p.m.
SCHEDULE OPTION B		Saturday, December 18, 2021 ► 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.	Saturday, January 8, 2022 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

WHERE: All appointments will be scheduled at Middleton Elementary School. Parents must be present.

The district has requested that COVID booster shots also be available on these days.
