Skokie School District 73.5 will offer the COVID vaccine beginning in December for students ages 5 and older.
Two schedule options will be available. Each allows for Dose 2 to be given 3 weeks after Dose 1.

All appointments will be scheduled at Middleton Elementary School and parents must be present.
The district has requested that COVID booster shots also be available on these days.
