Miles of Smiles, Ltd., will be on site to provide dental exams during the school day. Following are the planned dates and locations:
- Wednesday, March 19, 2025, at MEYER
- Thursday, March 20, 2025, at MIDDLETON
All students are eligible, and there is no out-of-pocket cost for families.
The dental clinics will be held at Meyer and Middleton. If your student attends McCracken and would like to participate, please contact Katie Orleans, R.N. at 847-676-8360 or by email at [email protected] to make arrangements.
Participation is voluntary. If you would like your student to receive a dental exam, please complete this consent form (también disponible en español) as soon as possible and return it to your child's school nurse. Only students with a completed consent form can participate.
