Highlights from the second of four Strategic Planning Community Roundtables on October 25, 2022. The strategic topic discussed at this in-person meeting focused on hiring and retaining a high-quality workforce.
The evening was facilitated by Dr. Shelby Cosner, a Professor and Director of the Center for Urban Education Leadership at the University of Illinois-Chicago. Participants gathered in mixed tabletop groups and spent time getting to know others at their table and in the room. The groups then shared and discuss ideas from different vantage points.
