Dear Parents/Guardians,

We currently have two surveys that will close within the next two weeks. If you haven't already done so, please take a few minutes to complete the following surveys. Your feedback is valuable, necessary, and important!

The Illinois 5Essentials Parent Survey window will close on Friday, March 28. If you haven’t already taken the survey please visit survey.5-essentials.org/Illinois and click the “Parent Survey” to begin. There are 21 questions and the survey should take approximately 10 minutes. If you have children in multiple buildings please complete one for each school. We are currently at 12 percent parent participation. If at least 20 percent of parents complete the 5Essentials Survey, Skokie73.5 will receive a parent supplement that includes your anonymous feedback. Your identity and survey responses are completely confidential and will never be connected to you or your child. 

Our Superintendent Search Survey will close at 11:59 p.m. on Friday, April 4. This survey is being conducted by the educational leadership recruitment firm of Hazard, Young, Attea & Associates (HYA), is completely confidential, and is available in multiple languages. HYA is committed to gathering your feedback, insights, perspectives, and expectations in their search for exceptional candidates whose leadership profiles align with the unique needs of Skokie School District 73.5. As of last week, there have been only 109 survey responses received from parents. If you haven't already taken the Superintendent Search Survey, Please visit survey2.ecragroup.com/index.php/277819?lang=en and select your preferred language at the top of the screen to begin the survey.
