Advocate Ronald McDonald Care Mobile Visit

The Advocate Children’s Hospital Ronald McDonald Care Mobile will make a return visit to Skokie School District 73.5. Health services include school physicals, sports physicals, and immunizations for children, ages 4-18 years old, who do not have health insurance or who have Medicaid. Those with private health insurance are not eligible. Appointments are very limited. See the attached flyer for appointment information.
